Haven't gotten my VIP rank and csgo hack

So today I decided to buy Lifetime Aimware for Counter strike global offensive. I payed and everything worked perfectly.
The money got removed from my paypal.

I have the paypal recipe, but don't want to post it here cause of security reasons.

Hopefully we can get this figured out, really want to get what I payed for.
