CSGO Lifetime

I was wondering if I bought the lifetime access from aimware for csgo would i get a steam account with csgo on it or would i have to buy the game separately? I have played csgo for awhile and used public cheats and every time I have gotten banned, I would like to play sort of legit with aimware and not get banned.
     Also I was wondering when the next sale was coming out so I wouldn't have to pay the whole $110.
