Hey there. Unfortunately there was a ban wave recently which, if you've been cheating long enough, you know they're part of the trade.
On the plus side, an update was pushed within two days and every cheat was VAC-secure once more. On top of this, everyone affected by the VAC bans received one free extra month on their subscriptions, while those only affected by the downtime received as many days of added subscription as it took for the update to be pushed out.
We're fully committed to keeping our cheats undetected and I firmly believe we have the best coders on the market to make your cheating experience as smooth as possible.
On your end however, you should take the necessary responsibilities to ensure that a ban whether from VAC or Overwatch won't needlessly punish you, by separating the accounts on which you hack from the ones on which you don't.
In the same vein, Overwatch will eventually catch up to you if you're blatantly cheating using rage settings over a long period of time. It again falls on personal responsibility with regards to which settings you use, and how often. You need to be smart about how you cheat.
Hope to see you in the VIP forums! There's a few posts written by our admins about VAC and it's inner workings, alongside with user-created guides on how to choose your cheat settings wisely.
