Need help with paypal process to buy

So I had $30 on my paypal account, and transferred it to a bank. It should be transferred to the bank in a few hours. Can someone give me a step by step tutorial of what to do when that happens? Sorry if I'm being needy, but its my first time using paypal :(

uhm u need money on paypal to pay for aimware not on ur bank xd get 34,99 CHF on your paypal account and then pay but keep in mind ur paypal account needs to be verified for u to be able to pay

I have a debit card with the bank, is it not supposed to work?
