Card issuer keeps declining my prepaid visa?

Are pre-paid visas using the united states of america dollar not being accepted? I have been trying to purchase tonight and can't get it to take my prepaid card.

Pre-paid cards are not accepted in PayPal. Go and use aimware excahnger in forums who offers to buy aimware with other payment methods then paypal.

Send the money from a back up paypal account to your main paypal. ez
