Issues with Purchase

Good afternoon,

I've tried different credit cards, different options, and even different paypal accounts, but the purchase does not seem to work. I get errors like this card is not valid (even though the cards work fine with other purchases) or simply messages that the payment could not go through. I don't know if this is a Paypal issue but it is seemingly annoying and I would like a solution, it would be much appreciated.

just call paypal they receive much more information on there end, calling them is free and best way to get support.
