Recently paid for CS:GO Cheat and it hasn't came through, It's in my paypal history but I can't get the download please help!!!!

I'm so sorry @"zim" I didn't want to waste your time by replying to this but it turns out my friend has lied to me...

He said he bought it yesterday but in the paypal history it says the 16th December, but it was currently the 19th December.

He has pissed me off so much...
