I wanted to know if I buy the HACK I can use it in two users on the same computer?
And if I get one of them this ban also generalizes the other?
and what is vip what its doing

Hello, the hack is locked to one computer at a time, but you can use it under whichever user account you want/with whoever you want. You will have the option to change which computer the hack is locked to.

VAC/Overwatch bans are limited to the steam account you cheated on.

VIP is the forum status given to customers, they have access to the private sections of the forum on top of their hack.
