Process before you can start cheating

Hi there Ive been away from the cs scene for a year and bought aimjunkies today, on their cheat you need to play in window mode, use usb and change your whole boot system. It wasnt like that before and they told me that VAC has evolved a lot lately. So im wondering as a complete new customer, if I purchase what do I have to do to get started? Thank you very much!
