How does it work?

Hi, i'm very interested in purchasing cheats for CSGO, and I'm wondering how it all works.

So say I purchased the 30 day cheats for CSGO and I get banned. Am I able to get on another account and use the hacks on there? Or do I need to repurchase more hacks?

Also when you buy the hacks is it a launcher or does it detect your account?
