cs go alt and main account

I was wondering what what was needed to do to prevent from being banned and or detected on my main account of steam, If i wanted to only use these cheats on an Alt account on the same computer? do i need to do a registry clean? uninstall completely? I would like to have no connection to my main account. thanks

As long as you don't inject on your main you should be fine.
