Is this vac detected?

People told me its Vac detected but is it or not?

Okay can anyone explain this. I had aimware for awhile. Blah blah blah basically my aimware ran out for a few weeks and I never renewed it. I end up going on one day literally to renew aimware and my account is banned from csgo for being majorly disruptive. Now I understand the servers are not suppose to see the third party apoxy but I was under the assumption that it disable any reports being made toward which ever account is open while aimware is. Can some one elaborate.
