I bought 2 days ago 3 month subscription for cs:go cheat and got vip and the cheat was working , I entered today to the site and dint had it anymore....

This needs an good explanation.

Also The administrators are not responding to pm's

if you pm'd someone else from the staff then pm him again

I keep sending him messages and he dont respond ....

Yeah they remove my subscription , and they dont tell me the reason .....

Dont have acces to the paypal... , My friend bought the subsription with his paypal and gaved it like gift to me.

maybe something went afterwards wrong on paypals side or your friend did a recharge
