CSGO subscription

I was wondering why my cheat says it expires in 1 day but is already disabled?

I also was told that my subscription would be extended because this past month the CSGO cheat has gone down, been detected by VAC, and also was down after the CSGO update for multiple days.... Anyone who can help or know who i can PM?
