CSGO payment

hello so im trying to extend my expired payment for csgo, but when i get into paypal it greys out my card information and doesn't let me hit continue now..... like it use to before when i bought it the first time... i would like to know if there were any other way to pay for the extend because paypal doesn't seem to be working..... thanks....

I have then same question, my paypal isn't working either can i purchase this using ingame items or anyother way.
