there is a spot on hard rain on the second level that allows you to pretty much soft lock the level where the elevator right before the safe house exit is you can just jump down and since it requires all alive survivors to get in the elevator for it to work you can just sit in the safe house as your teammates go crazy and also bots teleport to you so less help for the real survivors
there are paddles to revive people at the bottom so if you have a friend that doesn't hack you can just get him to jump down and revive him since the fall is a instant kill
