Please HELP me. Windows 10

Hello guys, 

i have bought and downloaded the client of cs go but i cant use it cuz it says it wont run on my OS. (On the page where i boght it it said win7/8/10 so it HAS to work normally) 

 

(the left icon is the client, strange name and only 900kb.)

It says "This app cant be launched on this PC" - "Contact the software developer to get a working version for your PC" 

I tried but the site was down, now the site works again and my account is banned "Reason: Unknown" - Why am i banned and why wont ANYONE answer or help me? 
This account is new just to find some help because i cant do ANYTHING with the other account which is banned for no reason, even contact and support do not work..

id really appreciate it if anyone would help me. thanks.

because you chargebacked, in other words we have nothing to tell eachother.
