If you are talking about AIMWARE for CS:GO, the supported OS's are: Windows Vista / 7 / 8 / 8.1 / 10 (32-bit & 64-bit). Not quite sure about the Server version; wait until an admin/moderator replies.

are you using windows server 2012? if so I believe it might the only difference is the interface is it not? I'm not an expert on this so idk
