banned for no reason

could you tell me why my account 'solportugese' got banned? I didn't violate rules and was just enjoying my time with the cheat.
I get the following message when I login with that account:

Your forum account is currently banned. Ban Reason: Contact [email protected] with payment proof to reclaim your account

Ban will be lifted: Never

I've already emailed [email protected] with payment proof and haven't received a response yet. It's already been 24 hours.

you've provided me a reason on why I got banned, but I didn't hear back from you about unbanning me. I've already sent an email to [email protected] with proof of payment.
it's been 48 hours. If I won't get unbanned, could I please get a refund? from when I can remember, I still have 25 days left on my sub..
