paypal error when checking out

when ever i try to checkout for 90 days csgo sub i get this error: "We're sorry. We can't complete your purchase at this time. Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay."
And i also have more than enough paypal funds for the subscription, anyway to fix this?

make sure that your account is veryfied and that you are able to pay in CHF

I still cant purchase using paypal. . I keep getting the same error!
