Just wanted to add on. Once you use BAT and play on my choice of game, and want to go on my other account to play other games on steam, do I run the BAT file again and then CCCleaner after I delete the client?

Why do people keep thinking they need to delete the client and run CC Cleaner? If the client isn't running, it's not going to be detected.
