Having trouble paying with AMEX card

I just went an hour ago and bought a $25 AMEX prepaid gift card (which I've used before in the past on this site.) I've checked to make sure that the card had the $25 and tried to make the payment for 30 days of CS:GO cheats but is not accepting the payment. Can I just pay for the cheats manually? Please help.

You will either have to call support number for Amex or Paypal.
