So, I saw that there was a !cac bypass on the GMod cheat. Is this true? And if so, for what hacks?

Yes. I was Co-Owner of a DarkRP Server and it happened to have the CAC Anti Cheat System. A guy at one point joined the server and had what was called "SpinBot" He was shooting at me while continuously spinning at a ridiculous speed, while he was shooting at ME, he happened to shoot my friend.
