Payment error through paypal.

So I Just got some money to buy aimware. when i go to check out and it says "Return to merchant and try a different payment method "

The only payment method i have on paypal is paypal money, no card. 

most likely inefficient funds its pounds not euro's

No, I have no way of making a bank account so i cant verify it, I have had no problem spending money on paypal say via the steam store using paypal funds. I Received the payment 3 hours ago though.
