Purchased aimware but cannot activatei

Hey guys

I just purchased aimware for 90days but It doesn't let me activate it.
When i go to download it comes up with this:
AIMWARE

However if I check the vip panel it says I have an active subscription of 90days.

Whats the problem here and can I msg any admin?
