I tried to make a payment for the lifetime CS:GO cheat and it said it didn't go through but each time I tried again to pay, $1.31 went through al though it was giving me an error..? And I paid $1.31 11 times as my credit card holder is telling me.

Most likely paypal charging your card to see if it was valid. Do not believe those charges have posted yet, have they?
