About skin changer and ESP

Hello i wanted to know if the skin changer is server-side only or everyone can see it. I was also wondering about the esp, does it includes sniper's laser (to see where he is aiming)

You can only see the skins when you use skin changer. And there is an option in esp to see where the enemy's barrel is

Skin changer will only show for you and yes it does include the feature you're mentioning
