no activation email

hey i bought the master package for a week and have yet to receive my activation Email. i bought it as user: youddothesame87

i had to make a different account to post here because i wasnt able to do anything on my original account without being brought to the "You do not have permission to access this page" page. 

everytime i use"resend activation" it says its been sent but nothing happens, ive used 3 different emails and none worked. please tell me what i need to do. thank you.

then how come i cant download anything? i bought 7 day master packages, the payment went thought and it says i have 7 days left on all the cheats but when i goto download it says "You do not have permission to access this page." someone plz help. i cant even post on the forums, hence why i made this account
