multi CSGO account questions

I only have 1 computer so if i use this hack on my smurf account and don't use on my main, does it safe about my main account?   I mean will this hack leave some dangerous files in my PC that may cause VAC ban when I playing main account in the future? and how to completely delete this hack? only need delete folder that'a all? If it's safe for main account in 1 PC, I will pay lifetime. Sorry for my bad English I hope you can understand. thx
