Paypal, What is verified?

What is is your paypal verified mean? Do I need to link my bank? I have my email , phone, card all confirmed is that verified? When I try to pay with my account is says credit card can not be used as a funding source. please tell me I called paypal 5 times told me to wait 24 hours, waited same thing.

its debit card , same thing with credit card

Do you have enough funds? Also are you able to pay in GBP?

I had the same ISSUE when i was purchasing my lifetime, i 100% recommend you add you card first on Paypal, and verify it and then trying again.
Paypal sometimes can be a pain in the ass pal.

you need to link your bank account or change your funding source to your credit card. To get verified you need to add your bank account and enter the two small deposit amounts they ask you for. If your using a credit card choose to pay with a credit card insted of logging into your paypal account first. Choose the option that you dont have a paypal account then enter your credit card info.

what other ways do you accept payment outside of paypal, for the past week paypal is a fucking pain the ass to me. can i give in steam money or something?
