Denied Payment Paypal

Used Three different cards all denied and said The card you entered cannot be used for payment please use another credit or debit card number, I contacted my bank it said its not on their end is it a paypal problem?

Just need to have your card linked with mobile and email confirmed i think, also you can call paypal any time for free support they see a lot more details on transaction on there side they will tell you what is wrong
