Received a ban under a previous account. Not sure exactly why or for how long. Last night I attempted to purchase VIP - 30 days (twice), both times didn't activate so I disputed 1 transaction over paypal and let the other transaction go through. The 2nd attempt was charged through paypal which withdrew directly from my bank. Checked VIP panel and I have 60 days activated which realistically I should only have 30 days, but I can't do anything because I'm banned >.<
