the account which I purchased hacks on (nputnam10) had already been signed in since I'd purchased hacks before and I purchased them again but didn't know my password when I went to sign in and tried to reset my password. When I tried to reset my password I got the activation code and put it in, but when I got the message saying I would get a password emailed to me I didn't recieve a password so I'm locked out of my account with the time on my hacks expiring so the faster the response I could get the better.
