I have purchased AIMWARE CS Lifetime but didn't get VIP and it's been more than a day.

Purchased Csgo Lifetime Vip  , How long until I can download it ? it says if you don't
see it within 10 minutes to contact a moderator , Any help would be appreciated as I am new
