MasterCard not working

I tried paying with my MasterCard through Paypal and it came back with an error. I just bought the humble bundle with the same card through Paypal so I know it isn't the card.

contact Paypal and ask them what went wrong they get a lot more detail on their side also they have free customer support, or could try contacting the bank that issued the master card
