FPS

I read a review in which it stated the cheat requires a lot of fps

I get around 60-90 fps 

Will all the cheats play the same with my 60 fps if I had 200 fps?

And will my fps decrease with the cheat injected?

it depends on which functions you want to use, if you play HvH 60 FPS aren't enough.
