Considering Buying

I am thinking in aquiring the source hack but i don´t rly want to change anything in my pc and i remeber the csgo one requiring it.. does source hack also required to change computer settings and stuff?

Does the no modification change aply to csgo aswell? or do you have to still modify on csgo?
