Can i use multiple accounts?

Can i use 1 account to hack and not get banned on my other one?
Even if i have never loaded it up on the one i dont wanna be banned on?

How does banning work in vacs?

you can use any steam account you want, there's a small chance to get banned on all accounts registered on your PC even if you don't play on them, but if you turn off family sharing between your accounts you will reduce this possibility almost to 0, you can get banned on competitive servers by using detected features or if you get too much reports you get an overwatch ban, or, in the worst case, if the whole cheat becomes detected you will get banned even if you play legit, currently we're undetected since 11 months
