I've been trying to buy it for an hour now, can't. paypal works for everything else, I've bought 2 copies of csgo 20 minutes ago but I can't buy the cheat. it gives me this error:

can you help me with this?
edit: forgot to say I'm trying to buy 30 days of csgo cheat
