Paypal Won't accept my debit?

i tried using my old PayPal account and it didn't work.
This is what it says on PayPal
Some payment methods are not available for this transaction.
• Credit Card - This payment cannot be funded with a credit card.

then tried removing my debit card and using the whole make a new PayPal account to pay and it didn't work as well.
Any other way to pay preferably before the Easter sale ends as I'm trying to get the lifetime master package.
i used to use enhancedaim if that makes a difference? idk

try contacting paypal and ask them what is going on, they have free customer support and can see a lot of detail on there side of things, also could try contacting your bank that issued the card they might have blocked sending money to cretin country's
