Can I use a different payment method than Papal?

I want to buy a sub for CSGO, but I see that the only payment method is paypal. The problem is, I have a $25 card right here, but for some reason I can't add it to my paypal account. Its a Greendot card, anyway I can use a different payment method? Let me know asap please, if not I'll try to figure it out.
