Detection Rate

So Im about to purchase the CS:GO 3 month subscription, tried with my visa card earlier and paypal was saying they cant use that card, so now im waiiting for my btc to come in. While I wait whats the detection rate or whatever its called? Like does it go undetected on steam servers for a long time? OR... what. I cant seem to find a page which shows that or the recent detections
