Can't buy cheat

When ever i try and buy the cheat it wont, because it says "This card cant be used for this payment." but when i try and use it on another site that uses paypal it works fine.

Debit card, i have tryed all the ones i have and non of them work.

Iv tried it attached to a paypal account and without (Without first, then attached to a paypal account) and still gives me the same error. This only happens with aimware because it works fine with other things that use paypal.
