VAC on smurf = VAC on main?

Is this true? If I cheat on an account and get VAC banned, will I get VAC banned on my main? And in case this is true, is there a way of avoid it, does Aimware include it in the product?

Dude get vac on main when u cheat on smurf is possible like dinosaurs will be alive again. There is chance like 0.03%. I never get vac on main when I was cheating on surf so buy AW ez
