International Purchase?

Hi, I'm trying to purchase the CS:GO cheat with a VanillaVisa prepaid card. However, it says transaction denied by the card company, and upon calling Visa customer support, apparently the purchase is routing to China. Is there a way to get around this or will I have to find another cheat sold domestically?

Customer service never knows what they're talking about, eh? But the card is being denied for some reason. Would contacting PayPal help at all?
