Cant pay with visa card?

when ever i try to pay for a 30month sub i get the message (i have a 35$ visa card btw) The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit or debit card number.

make sure the pre paid visa card is verified, there should be a website somewhere on the card, file out the information it asks for on that website.
