My Aimware Account is Banned?

Just tried using it on CS and it said my account was banned. Logged onto the forum and it says I'm banned for an "Unknown" reason and ban will be lifted "Unknown". My other account username: Towel  Please let me know because I just paid for a year not even a week ago.

Apparently my friend that paid for my subscription charged back. I will be contacting him. Sorry for the trouble. A mod or staff can close this until I get the chargeback settled and I will PM you.
