I recently posted a thread about an error when i tried to purchase CS:GO hacks for 360 days (1 year)
I found many similar problems and they said you must have a verified account, but in order to have a verified PayPal account, do you HAVE TO have a bank account linked to it?

also you can get a pre paid visa to get your account verified
