Credit Card Purchasing

Just a quick question with a little bit of a backstory.
Why can't I purchase with direct credit cards?

I say this because I can't do PayPal because I signed up on PayPal with just keyboard mashed info so I wouldn't get hacked again. (Was hacked before this incident) I did this in Chrome's Incognito Mode which then led to my computer updating while I was sleeping and losing the incognito window and PayPal doesn't let me add my card to another account. 

So is there any way to enable direct credit card purchases?

I suggest you to call their support and see what they can do about it
