Error - Return to merchant and try a differnet payment method

When i try and purchase Counter-Strike:Global Offensive hacks for 360 days, there is an error please help.
I follow the steps by selecting 44.99 £ for 360 Day, PayPal, typing in my forum username, and clicking Purchase now!
After i follow those steps, i click Pay Now and login into my PayPal, after waiting about 5seconds, it pops up and says: We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the merchant's website and try using a different payment method (if available). Please help me! D:

Hello, it's a common error that majority of users that had it, fixed it.
Start with making sure that your settings allow you to pay in £ (GBP) and that your account is veryfied, if the error persist, contact PayPal support.

How can i change it to where i can receive all types of currencies.

You could recharge your balance from your card or bank and then convert it to GBP

Move funds from your card or bank to your PayPal balance and then convert them to GBP

I found a Currency Exchange Tab, where i can exchange USD to GBP would that work?

Try to change them in GBP
